What's Happening?
The Malibu Community Long Term Recovery Group (MCLTRG), established by the Boys & Girls Club of Malibu, has received a grant from the American Red Cross to aid long-term disaster recovery efforts in Malibu, Topanga, and Pacific Palisades. This initiative
aims to support individuals and families affected by the Palisades Fires. Since its inception in April 2025, MCLTRG has coordinated resources and support for disaster survivors, providing over 24,000 hours of casework and distributing millions in cash and goods. The partnership with the Red Cross will enhance these efforts, ensuring continued support for wildfire survivors.
