Marguerite Mary Hester, a resident of Des Plaines, Illinois, passed away at the age of 90. She was the devoted daughter of the late Joseph and Mary nee Kell Hester and the youngest sister in her family. Although she did not have children of her own, Marguerite was affectionately known as Aunt Marge to over 50 nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews. Her funeral services are scheduled for October 17, 2025, at Ryan-Parke Funeral Home, followed by a Mass at Saint Paul of the Cross in Park Ridge. Marguerite's interment will take place at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines. In lieu of flowers, donations are encouraged to her favorite charities, including St. Joseph’s Indian School, World Wildlife Fund, PAWS Chicago, and Wounded Warrior Project.
