The Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) concluded its EPIC 2025 event, crowning NEU Battery Materials from Singapore as the Overall Champion. The startup won the Green Tech track
with its patented electrochemical recycling of lithium batteries. The event, held at the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal, featured over 1,200 applications from startups across 70 economies, making it the most globally diverse competition to date. The competition awarded US $240,000 in cash prizes and facilitated over 200 business and investment matching sessions.
