What's Happening?
Eighth-grade students at Willard Middle School are set to participate in the 21st annual Revolutionary War reenactment and encampment on May 15-16. The event will feature students reenacting key historical events and battles from the Revolutionary War,
such as Lexington and Concord, Bunker Hill, Valley Forge, and the surrender at Yorktown. The reenactment aims to provide an engaging educational experience for students, families, and community members, allowing them to interact with history through hands-on learning. The event will also include a formal colonial dinner and ball, where select students will participate in live vocal and instrumental music performances.
