What's Happening?
Three women from the Limestone Coast have graduated from the Stepping Into Leadership Program, a South Australian initiative aimed at empowering women in agriculture. The program, supported by the Department of Primary Industries and Regions and run by Women Together Learning (WoTL), provides professional development through workshops, coaching, mentoring, and webinars. Participants represent various industries such as livestock, grains, fisheries, and aquaculture, and hail from regions across South Australia. The program has been instrumental in supporting over 160 women to step into leadership roles since its inception over a decade ago.
