Co-op has launched the 'Too Good To Waste' initiative across its in-store bakery range, offering members a 50% discount on loose and unpackaged bakery items from 6pm daily. The initiative aims to reduce food waste and provide added value to Co-op members.
Items included in the offer are All Butter Croissants, Bakery Cinnamon Swirls, bread rolls, and baguettes. Charlotte Waring, Co-op buyer, emphasized the convenience of the initiative for members who shop later in the day, allowing them to enjoy fresh bakery goods while contributing to environmental sustainability.
