Tubi Media Group, part of Fox Corp., has entered into a multiyear agreement with Audiochuck, a podcast company founded by Ashley Flowers. The deal, valued at approximately $150 million, grants Tubi exclusive
distribution and ad sales rights for Audiochuck's popular shows, including 'Crime Junkie,' which is a leading true-crime podcast. This partnership marks Tubi's first venture into podcasting and includes the creation of a 'Crime Junkie' FAST channel to be distributed across Tubi, Fox One, and other platforms. Audiochuck will exit its current distribution and sales agreement with SiriusXM, which was initially signed in 2021. The company, known for its true crime and mystery storytelling, boasts over 10 million monthly listeners and has reported on nearly 1,000 cases.
