Carnegie Hospitality, known for its Carnegie Diner and Delos restaurants, has signed a lease for 8,450 square feet at 200 Chambers Street in Tribeca, marking its first venture into downtown New York City.
The new location will occupy the entire West Street blockfront between Chambers and Warren streets, previously home to a Palm steakhouse branch. The landlord, Jack Resnick & Sons, developed the luxury condo tower in 2007 and continues to own the retail space. The restaurants are expected to open next summer, with plans for further expansion in Manhattan and Brooklyn in 2026. This move follows the recent opening of Carnegie Diner at the Martinique New York Hotel, the brand's first hotel partnership.
