a regular Request for Proposal (RFP) process initiated in January 2025, well before the cyber incident in April 2025. The company continues to work with M&S in other areas, maintaining its role as a strategic partner. TCS labeled the report as misleading, citing factual inaccuracies regarding the contract's size and the continuity of their work with M&S.
