through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), aims to leverage AG&P's expertise in modular construction and Pragati's infrastructure capabilities. The joint venture, with a proposed investment of USD 100 million, will focus on developing advanced fabrication yards and modular EPC infrastructure for sectors such as oil & gas, LNG, and energy transition.
