AG&P Industrial, a subsidiary of AG&P International Holdings, has partnered with Pragati Infra Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to establish India's first advanced modular EPC and fabrication manufacturing facility in Andhra Pradesh. This collaboration, formalized
through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), aims to leverage AG&P's expertise in modular construction and Pragati's infrastructure capabilities. The joint venture, with a proposed investment of USD 100 million, will focus on developing advanced fabrication yards and modular EPC infrastructure for sectors such as oil & gas, LNG, and energy transition. The facility is expected to be completed by 2027, with both companies holding equal stakes in the venture.
