Four individuals have been arrested in Auburn, Maine, following a police raid on an apartment that uncovered a significant quantity of illegal drugs and a firearm. Police initiated an investigation into an apartment at 75 High Street for suspected drug trafficking.

As a result of the search, 35-year-old Christopher Caiani of Auburn, 39-year-old Wayne Butterfield, and 25-year-old Justise Fowler were arrested. Caiani faces charges including aggravated trafficking of fentanyl and marijuana, unlawful possession of fentanyl and marijuana, and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person. Butterfield was charged with aggravated trafficking of fentanyl and unlawful possession of fentanyl. Fowler was arrested on five outstanding warrants for unrelated drug offenses.
