The Princess of Wales, Catherine, attended a state banquet hosted by King Charles III in honor of Nigerian President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. The event, held at St George's Hall, Windsor Castle, marked the first state visit by a Nigerian leader in 37 years.
Princess Catherine wore a green evening gown by Andrew Gn, complemented by the Lover's Knot Tiara and earrings that belonged to Queen Elizabeth II. The banquet featured a 155-foot dining table adorned with spring flowers and 143 candles. King Charles, Queen Camilla, and other members of the royal family, including the Prince of Wales, were present. The event celebrated the UK's relationship with Nigeria, highlighting Nigeria as the UK's largest export market in Africa and acknowledging the significant Nigerian diaspora in the UK.
