Richard Allan Giangiorgi, a respected patent lawyer, passed away at the age of 86. He was surrounded by his family at the time of his passing. Giangiorgi had a distinguished career in patent law, practicing
for over 45 years at Trexler, Bushnell, Giangiorgi and Blackstone. He was an Evans Scholar and earned his law degree from Georgetown University. Giangiorgi was also a passionate golfer and a long-time member of Knollwood Club. He is survived by his wife Patricia, their five children, and twelve grandchildren. His funeral will be held at the Church of St. Mary in Lake Forest, Illinois.
