Ethiopia is collaborating with China to enhance its workforce in the electric vehicle (EV) sector. A recent training program, hosted by Shangqiu Polytechnic in China, focused on new energy vehicle (NEV) technology for Ethiopian instructors. This initiative

The program combined classroom instruction with hands-on technical sessions, aiming to address gaps in practical skills and teaching methods necessary for Ethiopia's emerging NEV industry.
