Baldwin Park police, along with several other agencies, have dismantled a large catalytic converter theft ring in Los Angeles County. The operation, which followed a nine-month investigation, resulted in the arrest of four individuals and the seizure
of approximately 1,800 stolen catalytic converters valued at $500,000. The investigation involved multiple law enforcement agencies and targeted locations in South Los Angeles and Norwalk, where the stolen converters were stored.
