Medical Solutions has joined forces with the Hospital Council – Northern & Central California and the Hospital Association of San Diego & Imperial Counties (HASD&IC) to enhance the hospital workforce in California. This collaboration aims to support team
development and address workforce needs across the state. The Hospital Council represents 197 hospitals and health systems across 50 counties, while HASD&IC includes 38 hospitals in San Diego and Imperial counties. Medical Solutions, with over 20 years of experience and a network of around one million clinicians, provides advisory services, workforce solutions, recruiting, staffing, and technology for healthcare systems. The partnerships are designed to help healthcare systems maintain care standards, manage expenses, and fill workforce gaps.
