What's Happening?
A developer has successfully ported the classic game Pokémon Emerald to the Raspberry Pi Pico 2 microcontroller. This project involved recompiling the game from ARMv4T to Cortex-M33 and reimplementing the Game Boy Advance's video hardware in software
on the second core. The result is a fully functional game running at 60 frames per second with HDMI output, achieved without the use of an emulator.
