The Old Post Office Pavilion in El Centro has opened a Mexican Traditional Attire and Haute Couture exhibition, celebrating the cultural ties between El Centro and Mexicali. The exhibition, organized in partnership with the Mexican Consulate, features traditional garments like huipiles and rebozos, as well as haute couture designs by Mexicali artist Cristina Teran de Felix. The event marks the 10th anniversary of the sister city relationship between El Centro and Mexicali, highlighting the shared history and cultural blending of the Imperial Valley.
