What's Happening?
TreesCharlotte is organizing a free tree adoption event for residents of South Charlotte. The initiative aims to distribute free trees and provide educational resources to individuals living in specific ZIP codes, including 28202, 28203, 28204, 28209,
28207, 28211, 28210, 28226, 28277, and 28270. Interested residents can register and select their preferred tree species starting at 10 a.m. on Friday, January 23. The tree pickup is scheduled for Saturday, January 31. Participants will also receive a hands-on demonstration of planting techniques to ensure successful tree planting in their yards.
