Why It's Important?
The opening of Parker's Kitchen in the Myrtle Beach area represents a significant economic boost for the region, with the creation of 500 jobs and a substantial investment of $200 million. This expansion is part of a broader strategy by Parker's Kitchen to increase its market presence and geographic footprint, supported by a $900 million syndicated credit facility secured in 2024. The company's growth not only contributes to local employment but also enhances consumer choice in the convenience store sector. As Parker's Kitchen continues to expand, it strengthens its position in the competitive convenience store market, currently ranking No. 73 on CSP's 2025 Top 202 list of U.S. c-store chains by store count.
What's Next?
