A proposal has been submitted to Greenwich Planning & Zoning for a 13-unit workforce housing development at 1205 East Putnam Ave, Riverside. The development, adjacent to a McDonald's, includes two buildings with a total of 39 bedrooms. Two units will
qualify as 'housing opportunity dwellings' under Greenwich's regulations. The project aims to provide affordable housing options while maintaining traffic and environmental considerations.
