As the United States celebrates its 250th anniversary, NPR invited students nationwide to create podcasts reflecting on American identity and the meaning of 'life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.' Over 700 entries were received, featuring interviews
with immigrants, veterans, and public figures, as well as historical reenactments and discussions on civics education.
