The Suffolk Community Foundation's Surviving Winter Campaign, which has been active for 15 years, is experiencing a significant decline in donations, with contributions down by about 50% compared to the

This change has led to a decrease in donations, as many who previously donated their payments are no longer receiving them. Despite the challenges, the charity has raised just under £30,000 this year, compared to over £100,000 last year.
