Greenfield Milling, formerly known as Utah Flour Milling LLC, has inaugurated its new flagship flour mill in Richmond, Utah. The facility, which is now fully operational, will supply flour to an adjacent Campbell Snacks plant under a 20-year agreement. The mill has a production capacity of up to 7,500 cwts of flour daily and offers flexible packaging and shipping options. The $100 million project was initiated in July 2023 and is a collaboration between PHM Brands' Panhandle Milling and NIPPN Corp. Greenfield Milling aims to expand the facility in 2026 to enhance capacity and meet growing consumer demand.
Why It's Important?

This expansion supports the local economy by creating jobs and fostering industry growth in Utah. Additionally, the facility's focus on diverse flour types, including organic options, aligns with consumer trends towards healthier and sustainable food products.
