Rochester police have identified the man found dead near the Genesee River Trail on Sunday as 22-year-old Munga Elocho of Rochester. Officers discovered Elocho's body in a wooded area near Vincent Street and the Genesee River Trail, south of the Bausch
Street bridge, around 12:30 p.m. on Sunday. Elocho, originally from the Republic of the Congo in Central Africa, was identified through fingerprints. Rochester police Captain Frank Umbrino stated that investigators believe Elocho may have been killed at a different location, and his body was subsequently moved to where it was found.
