The Golden Gate Bridge Highway & Transportation District has chosen Mavrik Marine, Inc. to construct eight high-speed passenger ferries as part of its Lima Class Ferry Replacement Program. These catamaran
ferries, designed by Aurora Marine Design and One2Three Naval Architects, will serve San Francisco Bay, complying with California's Tier 4 emission standards. The ferries will feature advanced propulsion systems and amenities for passenger comfort, including ADA-compliant facilities.
