IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with Jadeer Group to open a new Hotel Indigo property in New Cairo by 2031. The 120-room hotel will be part of the Red (G) mixed-use development, featuring residences, retail, and hospitality offerings. Located in a prominent neighborhood, the hotel will be near the New Administrative Capital and the American University in Cairo. Hotel Indigo New Cairo will reflect the local community's uniqueness, offering culturally rich experiences through its boutique design and locally inspired restaurants. This marks IHG's continued expansion in Egypt, where it currently operates eight hotels across four brands.
