including Werner Enterprises. The initiative extends the Military Skills Test Waiver, allowing veterans with two years of safe heavy-vehicle experience to bypass the CDL road test, and expands the Even Exchange program to more states. The campaign also directs veterans without heavy-vehicle experience to state- and VA-approved CDL training programs, with the VA covering up to 100% of training costs for eligible veterans.
