The new property, named The Meliá Collection Terrazas del Gutiérrez, will be located in Terrazas del Gutiérrez, a prime location within Nahuel Huapi National Park. This hotel will offer 99 rooms and 48 exclusive residences, providing a luxury experience with stunning natural surroundings, including lake and mountain views. The project is set to open in 2028 and will feature a signature restaurant, wellness spaces, and facilities for social and corporate events.
