The resort will offer extensive wellness facilities, including a 60,000-square-foot spa, a Longevity Clinic, and spaces for yoga and meditation. Dining options will focus on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. The development aims for LEED certification and complies with Dubai’s EHS Green Building Code, emphasizing energy and water efficiency. The resort will also include Earth Lab, offering sustainability workshops, and a Sustainability Fund to support community projects.
