Kathleen P. Hansen, a beloved member of the Chicago community, passed away peacefully on December 12, 2025. Born on January 1, 1938, she was the daughter of Julia G. and Timothy J. Prindiville from Dingle,
County Kerry, Ireland. Kathleen was married to Leroy R. Hansen for 66 years and was a devoted mother to Kelly, Julie, Christopher, Catherine, and the late William. She was also a cherished grandmother and great-grandmother to numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Kathleen was known for her loyalty and kindness, being a treasured sister, aunt, and friend to many. Her funeral services are scheduled for December 20, 2025, at Christ the King Church in Chicago, with a livestream available for those unable to attend in person.
