Innovent Biologics presented updated data from their Phase 1 proof-of-concept study of IBI363, a PD-1/IL-2α-bias bispecific fusion protein, at the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology Annual Meeting. The study focused on patients with advanced immunotherapy-resistant
non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). IBI363 demonstrated robust survival benefits, with a median progression-free survival (PFS) of 10.1 months and a median overall survival (OS) of 18.2 months in squamous NSCLC patients.
