What's Happening?
Union Minister for Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Shivraj Singh Chouhan is set to launch the fourth phase of the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY-IV) in Rayagada district, Odisha. The project
involves an investment of Rs 1,698.04 crore and includes 827 road works covering a total length of 1,701.84 km. The initiative aims to provide all-weather road connectivity to 898 unconnected habitations, enhancing access to essential services such as schools, healthcare, and markets. The event will be attended by Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, and will include the inauguration of projects and the laying of foundation stones.
