Shivansh Resorts and Hotels LLP has announced the development of a new upscale resort under the Wyndham Garden brand in Jaipur, Khairwadi, Rajasthan. The resort is being developed in collaboration with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, which is recognized as the world's largest hotel franchising company with over 8,300 hotels across approximately 100 countries. The Wyndham Garden Jaipur is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2027. The resort will feature 83 contemporary guest rooms, a large banquet hall, expansive lawn, swimming pool, spa, fitness center, kids' play area, multiple dining options, and a vibrant bar. It aims to cater to leisure travelers, MICE events, and destination weddings, blending modern comforts with Jaipur's rich cultural heritage to deliver memorable experiences.
