A high school hosted its annual Homecoming dance in Ayers Gym, following a spirited Homecoming football game. The event featured a 'Garden of Greece' theme, complete with floral decorations, flashing lights,
and popular music. The DJ's performance was well-received, with students enthusiastically singing along to the music. Freshman Marilyn Garcia expressed surprise at the high level of happiness among attendees. The dance included a variety of songs, from classics like 'Gangnam Style' to contemporary hits like 'Fe!n' by Travis Scott. Students formed a circle in the gym to showcase their dance moves, while free concessions such as water and donut holes were available. The event concluded with softer tracks, emphasizing the spirit of Homecoming as a unifying experience.
