The Imperial Valley Center for Exceptional Children (IVCEC) in El Centro held a graduation ceremony for three students of its Adult Transition Program. The event celebrated the achievements of Daniel Pichardo Lopez, Jorge 'Juni' Castillo, and Marlyn Casasola.
