Italian MRO provider Atitech has entered into a letter of intent with Alnimr Alarabi Holding, a Saudi Arabian investment firm, to explore the establishment of a maintenance center of excellence in Saudi Arabia.
This collaboration was announced at Aviation Week’s MRO Europe event on October 15. The joint venture aims to serve the South Asia, Middle East, and Africa regions, although the specific location within Saudi Arabia has not been disclosed. Atitech, which operates 12 maintenance hangars across Italy, is expanding its international presence through this agreement.
