What's Happening?
BAE Systems has partnered with Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T) to manufacture the BvS10 Sindhu vehicles for the Indian Army. The contract involves L&T producing the vehicles at its Armoured Systems Complex
in Hazira, with technical support from BAE Systems Hägglunds. The BvS10 Sindhu is an upgraded variant of the BvS10 all-terrain vehicle, tailored for India's diverse environments. The partnership aims to enhance India's defense capabilities and support the Make in India initiative by promoting local manufacturing and technology transfer.
