The 7th Goldreed Industrial Design Award (GIDA) has announced a global call for entries, inviting designers and enterprises worldwide to participate. The competition, based in Xiongan, China, aims to gather international design resources and connect participants
with manufacturers seeking industrial upgrades. The call for entries is open until July 20, 2026, and is free for participants from any country. Since its inception in 2019, GIDA has attracted over 42,000 entries from 91 countries, awarding more than 27 million RMB to outstanding designs. The award features six categories, including manufacturing equipment, smart medical manufacturing, digital technology, transportation means, public facilities, and future scenarios.
