ST Engineering has introduced a new unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) named ARTOS at the Singapore Airshow 2026. This UAV is designed for urban and close-quarters combat operations, featuring a compact and autonomous design. The ARTOS can carry an explosive

It is a high-performance, low-size, weight, and power (SWaP) multimission UAV, capable of operating in dense and contested environments. The UAV has a maximum take-off weight of 1.8 kg and a payload capacity of 500 g. It also offers modular payload options, including non-lethal alternatives like smoke grenades. For indoor operations, a variant with propeller guards is available to minimize damage risks. The ARTOS is equipped with a software-stitched camera system for enhanced situational awareness in tight spaces, and a pan-tilt-zoom camera for outdoor missions.
