The Las Vegas City Council has unanimously approved the development of a tiny-home community aimed at providing affordable housing options. The project, known as Sunridge on Searles, will feature approximately 50 custom tiny homes constructed on a 2.25-acre
vacant lot. This $6 million initiative is spearheaded by Accelerated Real Estate and will utilize materials from Boxabl, a local company specializing in modular housing. Each home will be about 360 square feet and is expected to rent for $1,000 per month, including utilities.
