Charlotte is survived by her sister Georgiana Jezek, her nephew Russell Jezek, and her great-nieces Jennifer Stanko and Julie Zak. A funeral service will be held at the Conboy-Westchester Funeral Home in Westchester, Illinois, on October 23, 2025, followed by interment at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
