Mair was also involved in the Priest Placement Board and the Priest Retirement and Mutual Aid Association. His passing is mourned by his family, including his siblings and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services are scheduled at St. Catherine Labouré, with visitation on April 9 and a Mass on April 10.
