The Physical Sciences Informatics (PSI) Users Group, a recurring Webex forum, is fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing among researchers and open-science practitioners in the physical sciences community. The group provides a platform for participants

In February, the group spotlighted the Plant Water Management (PWM) experiments conducted aboard the International Space Station, which explored hydroponic and ebb-and-flow watering techniques in microgravity. The data from these experiments, now available in the PSI database, offers insights into microgravity fluid dynamics in plant systems, potentially aiding future bioregenerative life support systems for lunar and Mars exploration.
