Perth is set to celebrate Australia Day with a series of events along its riverfront, organized by the City of Perth and Principal Partner Hancock Prospecting. The festivities will include a variety of family-friendly
activities, cultural performances, and a spectacular fireworks and drone display. The event aims to reflect, respect, and celebrate Australia's rich and diverse culture. Highlights include the Multicultural Zone showcasing Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander, and multicultural communities, as well as the Hancock Prospecting Picnic Zone offering a range of international cuisines. The day will culminate in a 30-minute fireworks and drone show over the Derbarl Yerrigan (Swan River), telling a quintessential Australiana story.
