Atwell, a brand under IHG Hotels & Resorts, has opened its second hotel in Greater China, the Atwell Hefei City Center. This follows the brand's initial entry into the region with the Atwell Suites Shanghai Wuning. The new hotel is strategically located
in a commercial district at the intersection of Hefei's historic old town and the Binhu New District, near cultural landmarks such as the Bao Xiaosu Ancestral Hall. The property features 168 guestrooms that incorporate smart in-room features and local cultural elements in its design. Public spaces include social areas for relaxation and interaction, as well as fitness facilities and laundry areas. The hotel also includes a lifestyle boutique store called Dialecte, offering artist collaborations and sustainable products, and the B.N.B Bistro, which provides dining options for guests.
