The building features a terracotta facade inspired by Manchester's industrial heritage and offers modern amenities such as EV charging points and a cycle hub. The interiors will be designed by John Williams of SpaceInvader, aiming to create an agile workplace. Oliver Thomas from CBRE will oversee the redesign project.
