Terry Keister, a beloved member of the Rochester community, passed away peacefully on October 9, 2025, at the age of 70. Known for her quiet strength and gentle humor, Terry was surrounded by loved ones
at the time of her passing. She is survived by her wife, Terry Kelly, and a close-knit family including her brother, stepsons, grandchildren, and nephews. Terry had a fulfilling career as a tool and die maker and later as a supervisor at Valeo. After retiring, she pursued her passion for animals by opening a pet grooming business, Dog Hair Everywhere. Her love for animals was evident in her dedication to caring for each pet she groomed. A Celebration of Life is scheduled for November 16 at the Jamieson Ritter Memorial Lodge in Webster Park, where family and friends will gather to honor her memory. In lieu of flowers, donations are encouraged to be made to Lollypop Farm or other animal rescue organizations.
