Omaha police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred late Tuesday night, injuring two teenage boys. The incident was reported after a ShotSpotter alert detected gunfire near 19th and Locust Street. A 17-year-old boy was found at the scene
with gunshot wounds and was transported to Bergan Mercy Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. Shortly after, a 16-year-old boy arrived at Nebraska Medical Center with similar injuries. The police are continuing their investigation and have urged anyone with information to contact Omaha Crime Stoppers.
