What's Happening?
The World Academy of Design recently organized the WADA Awards, a prestigious international jewelry design competition, at SRTI Park in Sharjah, UAE. The event attracted over 400 designers from around
the world, showcasing their creativity and craftsmanship across 11 fine jewelry categories. The awards recognized 55 outstanding designs, with winners receiving titles such as 'Jewelry Designer of the World' and 'Jewelry Manufacturer of the World'. The event was supported by notable organizations including Dubai City of Gold and the International Colored Gemstone Association. Esteemed judges, led by Dr. Gaetano Cavalieri, President of CIBJO, evaluated the entries. The event also featured a fashion show by CARA Jewellery Dubai and the launch of a new jewelry brand by EY Jewelry.
